Warranty service, on most products, is done by our own factory
trained personnel at our facility, providing quicker turnaround
than the manufacturer offers. Up to date service information
is at our disposal from regularly updated in-house
computer databases, an extensive library of service literature,
as well as via direct computer links to major manufacturers
such as Sony, Sharp and Panasonic. We consistently update
our knowledge and test equipment to maintain Authorized Service
Center status with the leaders in the industry.
